Operations Manager

We are a dynamic international group of companies operating in the iGaming market since 2020. Our products include several popular sports and casino brands successfully represented in various markets around the world.

We continue to grow, improve our internal processes, and are now inviting an Operations Manager to join our team to help us maintain a high level of efficiency and organization.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Participate in team meetings, document tasks, and distribute them among team members.

  • Manage tasks and projects in Asana: task creation, deadline control, reporting.

  • Monitor chats and emails to identify new tasks and collect necessary information.

  • Organize cross-team processes and communication.

  • Ensure task completion and adherence to deadlines.

Required skills:

  • Experience working with task management tools.

  • Understanding of project management principles.

  • Previous experience in iGaming / Betting will be an advantage.

  • High level of self-organization and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate a team.

  • Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and convey information effectively.

  • Initiative and willingness to learn new things.

  • Effective time management and critical thinking.
