Team Lead Media Buying

We are an international iGaming group operating globally since 2020, uniting several successful sports and casino brands.
Over the past year, we have doubled in scale and won the Best Sportsbook Operator award at the SiGMA Awards.
Now, as we continue to grow, we’re launching our own in-house media buying department β€” and looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer who will take part in building the team from scratch and setting up processes from day one.


πŸ”§ Responsibilities

  • Building the media buying team from scratch: hiring, onboarding, and developing 3–6 media buyers.

  • Creating internal processes and workflows for campaign launch, optimization, reporting, and creative production.

  • Hands-on media buying (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) β€” setting the foundation for the team by example.

  • Optimization and scaling of ad campaigns to meet and exceed KPIs (ROI, CPA, CTR, CR).

  • Development of testing frameworks (A/B tests, funnel experiments, creatives).

  • Collaboration with designers, analysts, and product teams to improve conversion funnels.

  • Monitoring and analysis of traffic sources, markets, and competitors; identifying new growth opportunities.

  • Mentorship: training and guiding junior buyers, conducting reviews and feedback sessions.

  • Reporting: preparing transparent reports on performance and test results.

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in media buying (Facebook or Google) within the gambling vertical.

  • Proven cases of campaign profitability and scaling.

  • Experience mentoring or leading other media buyers.

  • Knowledge of tracking systems (Binom, Keitaro, Voluum) and analytics tools (GA, FB Analytics, etc.).

  • Understanding of gambling compliance, GEO specifics, and market trends.

  • Strong analytical and creative skills β€” ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.

  • Basic technical skills (landing builders, WordPress, or similar tools) are a plus.
